TIMELINES –

Order Processing
We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Time
From date of your order place, we deliver usually in 8-10 days. But if you order on Saturday evening or at night this may lead one day delay from usual delivery date.

Problems in delivery
We use third party courier services to ship our orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, share the same with us with in 2 days from the date of delivery. We will not be liable in case any issue is raised after 2 days from the date of delivery and if the courier company refuses to investigate the issue. 

RETURN POLICY –

4-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from The Bunny Sunny are eligible for return, if returned within 4 days of delivery. However, this is applicable ONLY in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. No return will be allowed if the customer has correctly received the product(s) as per the order placed.

In order to raise a replacement request for misprinting / damaged / defective items received by you, please send us pictures of the product along with the original packaging in which the product was received, and with shipping label and the customer details clearly visible. You can mail the same to us on support@thebunnysunny.com. Once they are verified by our support team, the refund / exchange will be initiated. It will be conveyed to you through email. A refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase. For cash on delivery customer please send you account number.,IFSC code,your full name on support@thebunnysunny.com .In case any further details require will ask you on your email ID that you provide us.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY –

The items can be exchanged without any additional costs in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. 

We can offer you an exchange for the wrongly ordered t-shirt(s). However, we request you to kindly bear the additional delivery costs involved. 

CANCELLATIONS –

  • In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
  • After 1day If we have already printed the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product will follow the normal delivery process.
  • For Cash on Delivery Orders, no cancellation will be allowed if a cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner.
  • Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept / fulfill an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed over the email, and if the order is prepaid, refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
