Exchange and cancellation policies

   EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The items can be exchanged without any additional costs in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. 
  • We can offer you an exchange for the wrongly ordered t-shirt(s). However, we request you to kindly bear the additional delivery costs involved, 

           

CANCELLATIONS

  • In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
  • If we have already printed the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product will follow the normal delivery process.
  • For Cash on Delivery Orders, no cancellation will be allowed if a cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner.
  • Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept / fulfill an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed over the email, and if the order is prepaid, refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
